At Q's Cards, we want you to feel confident in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
